This Refund Policy explains the rules for digital products and services sold by QuantScopeX, LLC. Billing is processed through Whop, and Whop's applicable terms also apply.

01Nature of Digital Goods数字商品的性质
The Company sells digital software licenses, data access, and analytics services. Because such products can be accessed and copied immediately upon delivery or activation, they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except as stated in this policy or required by mandatory law.
本公司销售的是数字软件许可、数据访问与分析服务。由于此类产品在交付或开通后即可被立即访问与复制，除本政策或强制性法律另有规定外，一经交付通常不予退款。
02Subscriptions订阅服务
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in Whop, which stops future automatic renewals; the current billing period is generally non-refundable on a prorated basis, and you retain access until the end of that period.
订阅可随时在 Whop 取消，取消后将停止后续的自动续费；当前已开始的计费周期通常不按比例退款，你可继续使用至该周期结束。
03Strategy Diagnosis (One-off)策略诊断（单次报告）
Strategy Diagnosis is a customized, human-performed analytical service. If we have not yet begun processing your data, you may request a full refund; once work has begun or the report has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
策略诊断为定制化的人工分析服务。若我们尚未开始处理你的数据，你可申请全额退款；一旦分析工作已开始或报告已交付，则不予退款。
04Processed via Whop经 Whop 处理
All eligible refunds are processed through the original Whop order to the original payment method; timing depends on Whop and your payment provider.

05Duplicate or Erroneous Charges重复或错误扣费
For duplicate or clearly erroneous charges, contact us at support@quantscopex.com within 30 days of the charge; we will verify and refund amounts confirmed to be in error.

06Statutory Consumer Rights法定消费者权利
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your location (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital content) grant non-waivable refund rights, those rights prevail. For instantly delivered digital content, you may be asked at checkout to waive the statutory withdrawal period — once waived and access begins, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.

Contact us at support@quantscopex.com with your Whop order number, the charge date, and the reason for your request.

08Chargebacks拒付争议
Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback — most issues can be resolved faster directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
