01Is QuantScopeX investment advice?QuantScopeX 算投资建议吗？
No. Everything we publish — research, whitepapers, datasets, charting components, and diagnosis reports — is impersonal, general-audience information for research and software-audit purposes only. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fund manager, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.

Never. We do not touch client funds, hold custody, manage accounts, or execute trades. You retain full control of your own capital and decisions at all times.

Three monthly tiers, all delivered through Whop: Algorithmic Tools ($69) — TradingView visual components plus Python research modules; QSX Research Data ($149) — governed research records and macro allocation notes; and Institutional Suite ($199) — everything above plus a discounted Strategy Diagnosis rate. 04Are the performance numbers real trading results?展示的业绩是真实交易结果吗？
No. All equity curves and metrics shown are hypothetical, backward-looking algorithmic simulations (backtests) based on historical data — not records of live trading. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations and are prepared with hindsight; past or simulated performance does not indicate future results.

05What is Strategy Diagnosis, and what data do I submit?策略诊断是什么？我要提交哪些数据？
It is a one-off technical analysis of your own sanitized trade log (CSV/Excel with timestamps, side, price, and quantity — never source code, credentials, or API keys). We model regime sensitivity, friction drag, drawdown attribution, and robustness, then deliver a PDF report in 3–5 business days. Your data is destroyed within 7 business days of delivery, and the report contains no buy/sell instructions.

06How does billing work, and can I cancel?如何计费？可以取消吗？
All checkout, license delivery, and renewals run through Whop in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew each period until you cancel in Whop — you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of the paid period.

07What is your refund policy?退款政策是怎样的？
Digital licenses and data access are generally non-refundable once delivered, since they can be accessed immediately. Strategy Diagnosis is refundable only before we begin work. We always honor duplicate or erroneous charges and any non-waivable statutory rights (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights). Full details are on the Refund page.
